USA Second Amendment Was Written to place burden of militia on THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE
The Second Amendment wasn't written to protect our right to shoot deer. It ensured the troops would have arms — and giving them the right to bear arms divorced the need to get them from the Federal government. It placed both the right and burden of bearing arms on the people and the states - it was a way to not have to finance it - the people could protect themselves with privately owned weapons.

3-24-25, Florida Attorney Jeff Childers -- On X Mike Johnson reports: "The House is working overtime to limit the abuses of activist federal judges. We will expose the worst offenders in a high profile hearing & we are preparing urgent legislative action, like the @repdarrellissa bill to stop unfounded nationwide injunctions." If Darrel Issa’s bill to reign in rogue USA district Judges becomes law, conservatives would also lose some power. Although, conservative judges are less likely to go rogue issuing nationwide injunctions, so on balance it would prune leftist Democrats’ options more than conservatives.

And "lawfare" is one of the Democrats’ favorite tools. So reduced court authority reduces opportunities for lawfare, benefiting conservatives most. Congress controls the other courts; it can reshape them, reduce their jurisdictions, or even abolish them entirely if it wants (though it’d be political dynamite and practically unworkable). In other words, only SCOTUS is constitutionally immortal. The rest are legislative houseplants. Congress can water them, or not.
