Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) questioned Gregg Roman, Ex Dir of Middle East Forum, who provided details on how USAID bypassed normal screening procedures by using emergency waivers allowing aid to flow without thorough vetting. Questions:

Are U.S. funds are flowing to the Islamic terror group “Taliban” in Afghanistan? Answer: Yes
Is the USA sending $40 million a week to the Taliban? Answer: Yes
Are other Islamic terrorist groups receiving U.S. assistance, directly or indirectly? "Yes: Al-Shabaab in Somalia, Hamzi network in Sudan, Hamas in Gaza, Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, Kata’ib Hezbollah, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham in Syria.”

Roman detailed ... “Since October 7, 2023 when Hamas invaded southern Israel, $2.1 billion in American taxpayers’ money has gone to Gaza. Waivers were granted because they said that there was an emergency use to have that money come into Gaza, thereby jettisoning the usual, typical screening procedures.” He further noted that 90% of U.S. aid sent to Gaza through USAID-funded agents ended up in Hamas-controlled areas.

Recently President Trump signed a new executive order expanding DOGE’s authority aiming to increase spending oversight and prevent future misuse of funds.

The findings have raised serious concerns about conflict zones where Islamic terrorist organizations maintain control.

Illinois New Law Makes Name Changing Easier for Illegal Migrants With Evil Intentions

2-13-25, Newsweek* -- The state of Illinois has received several thousand illegal migrants since early 2022 – now the state has passed HB 5164 [put forward by Democrat state Senator Ram Villivalam] and signed into law by Dem Gov Pritzker on 2-7-25. No longer is it required to announce the act in a local newspaper or live in the state six months – now only 3 are necessary.

Illinois law states that people on the sex offender registry, arsonists and people on the murderer and violent offender against youth list are barred from seeking name changes. The exceptions are marriage, religious reasons, human trafficking or gender identity.

Illegal migrants such as Islamic terrorists who’ve infiltrated the USA who have no criminal record in the USA - but have plans for violent deeds in America may want to disguise - for example the fact they are Muslim - because ethnicity is often/usually proclaimed just by their sur name. Thus the wicked may change their name to conceal their true identity. However, anyone who changes their name using this new process will still be identifiable through their former identity and approval requires the signature of a judge and the process can take months.

Why Islamic Terror Persists, 5-20-25

Terrorism Persists Because It Works

5-24-17, Alan M. Dershowitz, gatestoneinstitute.org -- Every time a horrendous terrorist attack victimizes innocent victims we wring our hands and promise to increase security and take other necessary preventive measures. But we fail to recognize how friends and allies play such an important role in encouraging, incentivizing, and inciting the Muslim's terrorism.

We must get to its root cause. It is not poverty, disenfranchisement, despair or any of the other abuse excuses offered to explain, if not to justify, terrorism as an act of desperation. It is anything but. Many terrorists, such as those who participated in the Islamic 9/11 attacks, were educated, well-off, mobile and even successful. They made a rational cost-benefit decision to murder innocent civilians for one simple reason: they believe that terrorism works.

And tragically they are right.

It all began with a decision by Yasser Arafat and other Muslims in Israel so called "Palestinian" terrorist groups to employ the tactic of terrorism as a primary means of bringing the Palestinian issue to the forefront of world concern. The international community has rewarded terrorism while punishing those who try to fight it; such as the current 2025 war in Israel vs the Islamic terror group of Gaza, Hamas' invasion on 10-7-23 into the Jewish nation of Israel where the barbarians raped, beheaded, kidnapped and slaughtered hundreds of Jews only to see in 2025 USA college students defend the killers who still hold dozens of hostages.

The Palestinian authority also glorifies terrorists by naming parks, stadiums, streets and other public places after the mass murderers of children. Our "ally" Qatar finances Hamas which the United States has correctly declared to be a terrorist organization. Our enemy Iran, also finances, facilitates and encourages terrorism against the United States, Israel and other western democracies, without suffering any real consequences. The United Nations glorifies terrorism by placing countries that support terrorism in high positions of authority and honor and by welcoming with open arms the promoters of terrorism.

On the other hand Israel, which has led the world in efforts to combat Islamic terrorism by reasonable and lawful means, gets attacked by the international community more than any other world nation. Promoters of terrorism are treated better at the United Nations than opponents of terrorism. The boycott divestment tactic (BDS) is directed only against Israel and not against the many nations that support terrorism. But no matter how terrorism works, the reality that it does, will make it difficult if not impossible to stem its malignant spread around the world. To make it not work, the entire world must unite in never rewarding terrorism and always punishing those who facilitate it.
