Diplomatic Terrorism? France's Recognition of an Imaginary Muslim State Within Israel's Boundaries [here]
7-31-25, Gateway -- Officially, the recognition of a state entails recognizing its control over a territory — even if disputed at the margins. Confusion reigns regarding the Muslim invaders into the Jewish State of Israel, and for good reason:

The so called "Palestinian" [Muslim] territorial claims are anything but coherent. The 1949 armistice lines have never been recognized as international boundaries, either by Israel or by key UN resolutions, including Security Council Resolution 242 of 1967 calling for withdrawal to "secure and recognized boundaries" but leaves their definition open.

The Islamic terrorists in Gaza, Hamas rejects any notion of coexistence with Israel. Its founding covenant from 1988 continues to call explicitly for Israel's destruction claims all the land "from the River Jordan in the east to the Mediterranean in the west" -- that is, all of Israel, the West Bank and Gaza. This vision necessarily entails the eradication of the State of Israel and the displacement — or extermination — of all the Jewish people. This is untenable!

Legal interpretation of declaring a national 'state:'

• International law defines the criteria for statehood:
  • a permanent population, a defined territory, an effective government and the capacity to engage in relations with other "states." Yet neither of the two Palestinian political entities meets these criteria.
  • The Muslims in Israel calling themselves 'Palestinians' run by Abbas and "Fatah' the Islamic Terrorists 'Hamas' in Gaza 
• By choosing to recognize a "Palestinian state" that clearly fails to meet these established criteria, France departs from any international law. 
• This recognition serves as a reward for terrorism. It offers no humanitarian benefit. As US President Donald Trump put it:
  • "What Macron says is irrelevant—it won't change anything."

The sole concrete outcome is the political legitimization of a Jihadist [war], anti-Semitic, genocidal movement to remove

The fraudulent report about a Muslim child in Gaza Israel who is starving - showed a photo of his emaciated body - truth revealed that the child had serious health problems when he was born causing the condition - cerebal palsy and hypoxemia disorder. Israel sent in aid trucks to Gaza but it's getting harder and harder to get the aid in,' said WHO spokesperson Margaret Harris after a series of looting incidents and attacks by Hamas. People report Hamas fighters are preventing gangs pillaging aid convoys. Many report it's actually Hamas who's doing the pillaging!

7-27-25, * -- President Trump of the USA just cleaned Europe’s clock. The tariff deal  with the European Union [EU] is a massive win for the United States - not so much for the Europeans. One EU reporter asked:  “But … what are ze US concessions? What is ze US giving up in ze deal?”  The USA conceded nothing - Bupkis, Zip, Nadda, Zero.

Although we haven't seen the paper version yet - President Trump & Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick negotiated the following deal with the EU:

- 27 nations agreed to pay a 15% tariff on nearly all their exports to USA including automobiles, semiconductors & pharmaceuticals. They'll buy $750 billion in USA energy products & pledged to invest $600 billion in U.S. economy. That generated $1.35 trillion in new income for the U.S. While the $1.35 trillion will also generate more federal revenue from taxes and royalties. Finally, the E.U. agreed to reduce or eliminate its non-tariff barriers, like VAT taxes & unfair ‘green’ standards.

- The U.S. made no pledges.

Basically President Trump said: "Ursula, YOU are the president, let’s talk." And that was that. No committees, no white papers, no multi-lateral conferences. Just Ursula and her negotiating skills & her post-deal comment, “We got the best we could.” 

President Trump’s tariff plan is now a success; the rest should fall like dominoes. As Trump said, this was “the big one.” With 27 EU nations and a handful of others now in the tariff books, it’s becoming painfully clear to the holdouts (Canada, Mexico) that paying 15% is a best-case scenario. A growing sense of inevitability is preparing the way.  [..]

Finally, note the most delicious irony of all. Ursula von der Leyen and her pompous team of elite European functionaries were outmaneuvered, outpaced and outplayed by a man they’ve long framed as an orange-colored buffoon. They showed up in their custom tailored, suits holding their neatly typed policy briefs, but by the end of the day, they were shuffling out of Turnberry, Scotland like chastened children. Hurray for Trump!

7-27-25, Whatever your feelings for Trump, these are some interesting points that Tim Allen makes. Democrats need to put their hatred aside and think about these 
 observations prior to 2020: 

• Women are upset at Trump’s naughty words; yet they also bought 80 million copies of the naughty movie ‘50 Shades of Gray.’  
• Not one feminist defended Sarah Sanders’ conservative anti-abortion stand; apparently women’s rights only matter if those women are liberal.

Empty shelves persist at Government Grocery: No Meat, No Vegetables [here]
7-22-25, KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Government funded [appx $29 million] grocery store "Sun Fresh" in Kansas City, MO has no meat or vegetables. However, the center aisles have plenty of cleaning supplies, canned goods and boxed food like macaroni and cheese. There's milk [dates?], but the egg cooler is empty. [..] It opened 10 years ago in shopping center owned by the city; since 2022 it’s operated by Community Builders Kansas City [CBKC], a non-profit. When it first opened it was stocked with juicy tomatoes and all fresh foods. However, months later, there was a deadly shooting into the building. CBKC CEO repeatedly said that he can’t keep shelves stocked if he doesn’t have customers. He said they're scared off by crime, vagrancy and blight in the shopping center. He said it's the responsibility of the city, who is landlord.

These laws range from limiting the legality of certain procedures used to perform abortion, to making abortions illegal once a heartbeat is detected (with few exceptions), to criminalizing doctors who perform abortions. Some states have passed so-called “trigger laws” that would ban or severely limit abortion should Roe v Wade be overturned by the US Supreme Court.

In Kentucky, Utah and Mississippi the law bans abortion after fetal heartbeat. However the law was Blocked by a federal court. [Note: A human baby in the womb heartbeat maybe first detected by ultrasound as early as 5 1/2 to 6 weeks after gestation.]

7-24-25, Federalist [here]--  In 1985 after Nevada’s Republican-led legislature passed the abortion parental notification law, a federal district court in 9th Circuit placed a permanent hold on it. However, after decades of judicial roadblocking that was later derailed by the Supreme Court’s Dobbs v. Jackson decision. The law is now – for the first time - on the brink of enforcement.

Currently, "Planned Parenthood" [PP] is attempting to preserve their decades long record of killing unborn children on underage girls without their parents’ knowledge. They argue that underaged girls can choose to rely on other “trusted adults” to advise in their decision without the force of the law including their legal guardians = THEIR PARENTS.
