Conclusion: China has encouraged Nork nuclearization and wants America and her allies, principally South Korea, to cease their “provocations” against the Kim regime. Law Passed to Regulate Cow 'Gases' in California

Jerry Brown has signed legislation that regulates emissions from dairy cows and landfills as efforts are broadened to fight climate change beyond carbon-based greenhouse gases. The Clinton Health Access Initiative [CHAI] program to help AIDS victims in Africa has been considered one of the Clinton’s most important contributions and is probably its best known initiative. The report focused on Clinton’s decade-long relationship with a controversial Indian drug manufacturer called Ranbaxy, which CHAI used as one of its main distributors of HIV/AIDS drugs to Third World countries.
A whistleblower employee, Dinesh Thakur, of Ranbaxy became a star witness, permitting the U.S. government to launch a landmark lawsuit against the Indian firm. The company was vulnerable to U.S. prosecution because it also sold its generic drugs on the U.S. market. Ranbaxy ultimately pleaded guilty in 2013 to seven criminal counts with intent to defraud and the introduction of adulterated drugs into interstate commerce.

Horrible Noise the Emergency Alert System Makes is destroying our 'Happiness'
9-19-16, In the middle of the night, sleeping to easy listening instrumental music. I am jarred awake at 3:30 AM with this awful screeching loud noise that we've learned is a dire warning of some immediate danger ... but no ... it's now just a test!
I don't have an answer, just complaining - seems to me that it's a form of punitive punishment [for what I don't know] from the wicked government.
If anyone has a better explanation, I'd appreciate hearing from you. -- Annette
