First Amendment to USA Constitution=FREE SPEECH [here]
Does not allow:
- Words inciting violence = Fighting speech that is used to inflame another and that will likely incite physical violence. Language meant to incite the masses toward lawless action is not protected.
- Obscenity = Most forms of obscenity are protected by the First Amendment. However, there are limits.

Democrats embrace the f-bomb - but it's prohibited obscenity in First Amendment [here]
4-27-25, Democrats are embracing the f-bomb in many of their recent attacks on President Trump's Efficiency Dept work. Also, Democrat Nathan Sage last week launched his campaign by decrying that farmers have been “f‑‑‑ed over” and vowing to “kick corporate Republican [Sen.] Joni Ernsts’s a‑‑” in the midterms.

Favorability for the Democrats has hit record lows in polling from both CNN and NBC News. Democrat leadership has drawn particular ire from young progressives.
There are known consequences to how people judge you when you pepper your speech with curse words. It's not desirable for a leader or politician because people who use cursing are judged to be out of control, less intelligent not well educated because of their poor vocabulary.

The bill is opposed by Republican officials, conservative think tanks, including The Heritage Foundation and even The Wall Street Journal contending that it was "designed to auto-enroll likely Democrat voters, enhance Democrat turnout, with no concern for ballot integrity.

9-21-25, * -- The Civil Rights Act of 1964 [1] [Democrat Lyndon Johnson was president] dismantled segregation and prohibited discrimination on the basis of race, religion, sex and national origin. Reportedly, Charlie Kirk at a “Turning Point USA” event in December 2023 said: “We made a huge mistake when we passed the Civil Rights Act in the 1960s.” Arguing that the Act weakened constitutional freedoms and created a “permanent DEI-type bureaucracy.”

While his words about the Civil Rights Act have been controversial, they should be read in the context of his belief that equality is inherent, but that government solutions can sometimes create long-term problems.

In context Charlie said how Americans should think about law, equality and truth. The heart of the Civil Rights Act affirms the biblical truth that all people are created in God’s image (Genesis 1:27; Isaiah 1:17).

In the 2023 event Kirk argued that the Act “created a permanent DEI-type bureaucracy” and led to “weak courts” that eroded First Amendment protections. He tied this critique not to the principle of racial equality, but to what he saw as the bureaucratic and cultural consequences of the Act decades later. In debates about DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), Charlie Kirk’s critique is less about civil rights principles and more about government structures that flow from the Act. Rosh Hashanah begins at sunset on Monday, Sept. 22, 2025 and will end at dusk on Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2025. The celebration of the new year is the only Jewish holiday that is two days long, both inside and outside Israel.
It is one of the Lord's feast days and in Israel it's a joyous time of celebration and thanksgiving to God. Traditionally apples dipped in honey is served to symbolize hope for a sweet and peaceful new year ahead.

9-16-25, Reuters [here] -- On paper, former President of Brazil Jair Bolsonaro has been sentenced to prison for 27 years. The Brazilian Supreme Court found him guilty of plotting a coup to overturn the 2022 election he lost. After the court's ruling, Governor Freitas sprang to Bolsonaro's defense, saying that the former president and others were victims of unjust and disproportionate sentences.

Currently, he's already under house arrest; while USA President Donald Trump [a good friend of Bolsonaro] & his lawyers have pressured the court to at least keep him there instead of shifting him to prison once he's exhausted appeals.
In July, 2025 USA President Trump slapped hefty sanctions on Brazilian goods sanctioning the judge overseeing the coup case.

In 2023, a little over a month after Brazil's Supreme Court ordered President Jair Bolsonaro to remain under house arrest, the former USA president Donald Trump ally was ALSO convicted of attempting to orchestrate a coup to stay in power after losing the 2022 presidential election - it was overturned on appeal. He suggested it might be the last time it happens, adding "I hope it is actually" to laughter. He, first lady Melania and his entourage dined with royalty at Windsor Castle.

Islamic Terrorist Men Arrested in Utah
Busted With Bombs Planted Under Fox News Van
9-15-25, FrontPage* -- In the conservative state of Utah USA apprehended two related Muslim men: Adeeb Nasir [58] and Adil Justice Ahme Nasir [31] because of a bomb found in a Utah neighborhood. Bomb squads from Salt Lake City Police Dept and Unified Fire Authority and FBI report: “The Nasirs have been arrested for offenses of manufacturing or possessing a weapon of mass destruction and threat of terrorism.”

On 9-12-25 a suspicious incendiary device was discovered in Salt Lake City; reportedly it was ‘powered on’ but failed to function.
