Sept 15, 2019, Russia installs world's first floating nuclear power plant in arctic. The "Akademik Lomonosov" has two KLT-40S reactors derived from a time-tested design used for Russia’s nuclear-propelled icebreakers. They generate 35MW of electric power each and can supply a city of 100,000 residents.The second floating nuclear power station will use a different type, RITM-200M, which produces more power and requires less space, which means the ship carrying them can be made smaller and thus easier to tow and dock without compromising safety. On behalf of members from all five branches of the military, federal employees and federal civilian contractors a Class action lawsuit has been filed with motion for a temporary restraining order and injunction against:

• Joseph R. Biden
• Sec of Defense Lloyd Austin
• Sec of Homeland Sec Mayorkas

The plaintiffs have been unlawfully mandated to get the COVID shots or face dishonorable discharge from the military or termination of  employment. They include two Navy SEALs, a Navy EOD Officer, a Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer, a Navy Chaplain, two Marine Lt. In addition, the plaintiffs do not want to participate directly or indirectly with the destruction of human life through abortion by injecting a product that contains or was tested or developed with aborted fetal cell lines that the vaccines do contain.

Moreover the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 (RFRA) operates as a kind of super statute, displacing the normal operation of other federal laws, it might supersede Title VII’s commands in appropriate cases.” In addition to RFRA, the plaintiffs’ free exercise of religion is also protected by the First Amendment.
