10-8-25, Independent.Uk -- In a recent letter to Commerce Sec Lutnick, Indiana Republican Sen Jim Banks claims a “shady privacy formula”, called differential privacy that “scrambled” data allowing illegal migrants to respond to the survey and be counted in the census.

The 2020 census is a fraud; the results has given Democrats undeserved congressional seats and potential electoral votes. 

The results of the census determine a state’s redistricting as well as electoral college votes. Banks’s concerns with the results of the 2020 census are not unfounded; eight Democrat states were overcounted while six Republican states were undercounted.

American Corporations and H-1B Visa Scams

10-26-25, * -- Corp USA has been aiding and abetting the loss of American jobs for decades using H-1B visas allowing them to hire foreign workers for less wages. The program was/is intended to be temporary allowing USA employers to hire foreign professionals in “specialty occupations,” jobs that require a bachelor's degree or higher. It’s an employer-sponsored visa, meaning the U.S. company must file a petition on behalf of the foreign worker and pay a $100,000 fee. The visa is first for three years and can be extended with a maximum of six years in most cases. The excuse corporations gave was that H-1B visas were necessary because there wasn't enough qualified American talent; however, that’s been exposed as a lie.
 
When President Trump placed the fee on each application - it became a litmus test that exposing the falsehood; because it’s no longer cost effective. Corporations no longer flippantly replace Americans with foreigners.

Between 2020 and 2024, only 15.8 percent of H-1B applications were filed at the highest wage level with approximately 50% were below the median proving that merit was never the real issue; cheap labor was always the priority. Worse … as a condition of receiving their severance package U.S. workers were forced to train their foreign replacements who will receive less money.
 
Democrats don’t care that corporations are forced to hire more Americans, but they hate that quotas will bring in fewer foreigners. They ignore merit as hires are based on skin color and sexual preference or just getting outsiders in the door.
 
President Trump promised to put American workers first and his common sense action on H1-B visas does just that by discouraging companies from spamming the system and driving down American wages.
