The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Mandatory Anti-Harassment Diversity training:

1. The training encompasses requirements for both the Notification and Federal Employee Anti-discrimination and Retaliation (No FEAR) and Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) trainings;
2. The training is required for NIH federal employees, trainees, fellows and contractors;
3. It must be taken within 90 days of onboarding and then on an annual basis.
4. Failure to comply with the training will result in the disablement of active directory accounts until the requirement is met. Any individual whose active directory account is disabled is unable to sign into their computer or access emails. More here: www.edi.nih.gov/training/mandatory-training
