CNN media correspondent Brian Stelter said "...jail was an "extreme part of the spectrum; but think about IRS audits, government pressure on media companies and other forms of government interference. There are a lot of pressure points.” CNN here  President Trump told Time he did not rule out building new migrant detention camps but "there wouldn't be that much of a need for them because migrants would be rapidly removed." Trump would rely on the National Guard, if needed, to arrest and deport illegal migrants in the U.S. He also said he would be willing to consider using federal troops if necessary, a step likely to be challenged in the courts vowing to take aggressive new steps to deport illegal migrants with criminal records and suspected gang members by using the little-known 1789 Alien Enemies Act.
