11-25-25, X.com [here] -- Ukraine’s Leader Zelensky said:

“I received a report from our delegation on their meeting with the American team in Saudi Arabia. ]..] Our position remains absolutely clear … we want to do everything to achieve it [peace] as soon as possible and in a reliable way — so that war does not return… Ukraine proposed three key points:
1. Silence in the skies—stopping missile strikes, bombs, and long-range drone attacks
2. Silence at sea; real confidence-building measures in this whole situation, in which diplomacy is ongoing
3. release of prisoners of war and detainees—both military and civilian—and the return of Ukrainian children.

The U.S. side proposed taking an even bigger first step — a 30-day full interim ceasefire, not only stopping missile, drone, and bomb attacks, not only in the Black Sea, but also along the entire front line.

Ukraine is ready to accept this proposal—we see it as a positive step and are ready to take it. Now, it is up to the United States to convince Russia to do the same. If Russia agrees, the ceasefire will take effect immediately.

[This looks like a baloney deal – the RF said no temporary cease fires - as was tried in the fraudulent Minsk Treaty that Zelensky lied about [here]

History: NATO needs war - else no need for it

11-24-25, NATO was created in 1949 primarily to provide collective defense against the aggression of the Comunist Soviet Union and to ensure the security of its member states in the aftermath of World War II. The alliance's key principle is that an attack against one member is considered an attack against all - however Ukraine isn't a member of NATO.

What Wars Has the Russian Federation [RF] been Involved in since 1991?

1. Tajikistan Civil War: 1992-1997 - After the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991, independent Tajikistan came into existence when fighting broke out between ethnic groups that included liberal reformists and Islamists underrepresented in government and the national government led by President Rahmon Nabiyev supported by The RF and Uzbekistan.
2. First Chechen War Year(s): 1994-1996 - As a result of the First Chechen War, Chechnya gained greater autonomy from The RF and formed the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria. Most Chechens are Muslim and the conflict took on a religious edge, as the rebels were joined in their fight by Muslims from other nations. The RF was repulsed by the Chechens in mountainous regions despite its decided advantage in manpower and weapons. The The RF government declared a ceasefire in 1996 and signed a peace treaty a year later.
3. Second Chechen War Year(s): 1999-2000 - The Second Chechen War between The RF and the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria in Chechnya and the North Caucasus border was instigated by Islamist fighters who went into The RF’s Dagestan area and declared it an independent nation and called for holy war. The Islamic rebels lacked the support of local people and The RF had more success. The war devolved into a guerrilla conflict, with Chechens conducting terrorist attacks on the The RF homeland. The RF succeeded in establishing a pro RF government in Chechnya and brought it into the The RF fold.
4. Russo-Georgian War Year(s): 2008 - Deteriorating relations between The RF and the small Caucasian nation of Georgia led to an intense shooting war. Tensions were rising because US President George W. Bush had backed Georgia and Ukraine membership in NATO. Both nations border The RF. Pro-The RF separatists took control of the regions…started shelling Georgian villages. The RF seized most of the territory in dispute. A ceasefire was declared on Aug. 13, 2008. The war resulted in The RF recognition of the independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia that The RF then occupied.

5. Russo-Ukrainian War Year(s): 2014-Present - The RF and Ukraine have always had a complicated history - in 2014 it became more complicated when the RF annexed Crimea that had been given to Ukraine by the Soviet Union in 1954. Since 2014, in the eastern Ukrainian provinces of the Donbass, Luhansk and Donetsk where Russians live and were reportedly being attacked by Ukraine’s Nazi Battalion - in Feb 2022 the RF acted to protect it and prevent Ukraine from joining NATO.
