Turkey [Gog] & Iran [Persia] = Bible: Prophecy 4-2-26, * -- Two of the most prominent nations identified in end-times Scripture are now moving in the same geopolitical frame. As the US and Israel engage Iran militarily, a parallel diplomatic track has emerged involving Turkey. Ezekiel 38:2, says, “set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal.” These regions align with modern-day Turkey. Then in verse 5, “Persia,” modern Iran, is listed among those aligned in the future coalition. For these nations, historically rivals, to align, something must shift. What we are now seeing with Iran under pressure and Turkey acting as intermediary, raises a serious question: "Is Iran being positioned, even incrementally, toward the alignment of the Bible’s “end of days?” Currently, a month into the Iran war, one fact keeps cutting through the fog, the targets tell the story: The US and Israel have been targeting military positions. They launched this effort to destroy Iran’s ballistic missile arsenal, cripple its naval forces, prevent the Islamic terror nation from having a nuclear weapon, and stop Tehran from arming its proxy groups. A strategic war plan. Now the hard truth, Amnesty International and other outlets report that Iran has been targeting its neighbors beyond Israeli Jews. An Iranian missile struck near Hebron, in Israel killing three Muslim (aka Palestinian) women wounding others, showing that Iranian strikes are not limited to one population. Their missile attacks hit residential areas, apartment blocks and civilian infrastructure, with dozens injured. Iran has also issued threats against Arab nations, including potential strikes on energy and water infrastructure tied to US presence in the region. Targets like desalination plants and power systems that are lifelines for citizens of nations such as Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait. Recent confirmation that the Islamic nation Turkey is serving as a backchannel intermediary between the USA and Iran, relaying messages alongside nations like Egypt and Pakistan. This places Turkey in a strategic lane, one that allows it to influence tone, timing and potential off-ramps. It is not controlling the process, but it is shaping access. In a region where access is power - that matters. Quiet diplomacy often does more than public declarations ever could. Turkey has been laying groundwork for months, even years, to become a central broker (1) in regional conflict. Turkey has maintained relationships across competing blocs, NATO on one side, regional powers on the other. That balancing act is not accidental. It reflects a long-term strategy to elevate its influence beyond borders and into outcomes. When others are locked in conflict, the nation that can speak to both sides becomes indispensable. Turkey understands this, and it has been preparing for exactly this kind of moment. What emerges is a dominant geopolitical force in the Middle East, even while maintaining open hostility toward Israel, often framed through the Palestinian issue. That tension is not a contradiction, it is leverage. Turkey can oppose Israel publicly while Iran, under pressure, may be forced into concessions that reshape its posture in the region. A campaign focused on military and strategic targets, as USA & Israel have done even when imperfectly executed, isn’t the same as deliberately launching weapons into population centers or threatening regional civilian infrastructure as Iran has been doing. The Bible in Isaiah 5:20 reminds us, “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil.” In times like these, moral clarity begins by honestly assessing who is targeting what, and why. Be careful who you believe; stay alert, stay grounded and stay prayerful. (1) Caliphate Turkey https://www.jesus-our-blessed-hope.com/blog/islamic-nation-of-turkey-friend-or-foe

7-8-21-21, Israel has only 8000 square miles of land - the Muslims have 5 million. Yet, they also want the Jews land.
