Scripture for Today, 1-26-25: Judgment of the Evil & Good

1-26-25, Thinking about the suffering of masses of people by 'natural disasters.' Surely God's faithful are among them. I don't understand it; but scripture does say God's rain falls on just and unjust the same.

However, there will come a day of judgment. The Bible declares that God “has set a day in which he purposes to judge the inhabited earth.” (Acts 17:31). This day of judgment, also known as the Final Judgment, is when the Lord King Jesus will judge "the living and the dead" before destroying the old heaven and earth, which are corrupted of sin.
