11-15-24, Californian Republican Richard Nixon was the 37th USA President [1969-1974]. He had many laudable accomplishments and the nation was prosperous during his two terms. The World was at peace as he ended Vietnam war, saved Israel in their 1973 war, negotiated with the USSR & China. He ended the military draft, made new anti crime laws, appointed conservative judges to the Supreme Court and in 1969 American astronauts walked on the moon.
Sadly during his term, in 1973 legally killing babies in abortion became law and because of an election campaign office break in and subsequent scandal called 'Watergate,' he was the only President to resign from office. He was a devout Christian who said: "I have great admiration for Jesus and I purpose my life to follow the religion of Jesus as well as I can... The finest steel must go through the hottest fire." The Apostle John said: The Lord Jesus Christ will baptize His faithful with Holy Spirit and fire."
