11-23-22. We see in the Book of Daniel where he was grouped with 'Eunuchs.' Which makes us wonder if Daniel was one? The Bible doesn't definitively say; however scripture indicators support he was made a eunuch: never married, a slave in a time & place where castration of slaves was common. 2 Kings 20:18 records some Jews of Hezekiah’s descendants would serve in the palace of Babylon as eunuchs and Daniel 1:3 indicates Daniel [aka Belteshazzar] was favored by the 'prince of eunuchs, Ashpenaz.' Daniel was especially focused on serving God & proved it by living through the Kings' tests. Food, fire and lions! Daniel 1:15, 3:17, 6:13
Daniel’s life was a testimony to the people of Medo-Persia concerning the one true God. King Darius decreed: "In every dominion of my kingdom men tremble and fear before the God of Daniel: for He is the living God, stedfast for ever, His kingdom that which shall not be destroyed and His dominion shall be even unto the end." Daniel 6:26 “We ought to obey God rather than men.” (Acts. 5:29) -- More here: https://www.gotquestions.org/Daniel-eunuch.html
