7-14-24, BBC [here] & Guardian [here] -- At the recent NATO Summit in Washington DC, President Biden called Vladimir Putin a "war criminal" for the first time as the US sends $1bn in weapons to Ukraine.

The Kremlin labeled Biden's comments "unacceptable and unforgivable rhetoric"
Biden called Zelensky 'Putin' then Joe said: “We’re going to beat President Putin. I’m so focused on beating Putin."Zelensky responded: “I’m better.”
