Texas Coast: Thousands of ‘Cold-Stunned’ Sea Turtles Rescued
2-18-21, National Geographic -- Residents, some of whom lack heat or basic amenities in their own homes due to the unusual frigid Polar Vortex ice storm to hit the Gulf of Texas, have been rescuing cold-stunned sea turtles and taking them to South Padre Convention Center.
Nearly 5,000 sea turtles rescued from freezing waters on Texas Padre Island. The turtles are paralyzed and washed up on beaches by the hundreds, where volunteers rallied to save them.
Temperatures in the area on Wednesday, 2/17/21 afternoon were in the 40s F. the turtles can be released back into the Gulf when the temps return to 60 F. More here from National Geographic

Constantly redefining what “normal” is hides the future state from people – it’s a perpetually moving target for these people so that they can continue their controls. “Getting back to normal” is an unachievable goal when you move the lines you’ve drawn, which is exactly what they want. | When the definition of something doesn’t meet the leftist Democrat government’s criteria, they change the definition.
