A rainfall event of this magnitude in Harrisburg - according to NOAA - has just a 0.1-percent chance of happening in a given year.
2. Los Angeles, CA: A Rarity in 140 Years of Records - On July 24, 2017 trace of rain was recorded in downtown Los Angeles. A rare event for that calendar day and the month of July in general. Only three other times in history has any rain been observed there on July 24. A trace was also recorded on July 24 in 1954, 1941 and 1910.
3. Pacific Ocean: The "Fujiwhara" effect in the Pacific Ocean is an uncommon event where two areas of low pressure interact due to their close proximity and then rotate about each other. 7-28-17, God has a very strict requirements about exactly who He allows to enter His 'house.' Only family members permitted. The border agents at the pearly gates have rigorous entry criteria. Only forgiven, born again believers in the Lord Jesus Christ are members. [1]
In the New Jerusalem we read in Revelation 21 there are walls and twelve gates:

7-27-17, When my husband became ill with congested heart failure ... he was seventy-one. In God's word we see that man was designed to live about seventy years: "Our days may come to seventy or eighty years,
if our strength endures; yet the best of them are but trouble
and sorrow, for they quickly pass and we fly away." [1]
Our kids were happily married believers in Christ and we saw seven healthy grand children born. John was no longer in the work force and had provided well for me. Therefore, he felt that he had nothing more to offer and refused anymore medical treatment. For nine months, he was at home on hospice receiving wonderful care. The goal was to keep him comfortable and his caregivers succeeded. At age 72 John passed from this earth in his own bed with no suffering.
As cold as it may sound, I am amazed when I hear of genuine born again believers in Christ Jesus who are past seventy enduring horrific medical tests and treatments to extend their earthly lives. Surely they know of the eternal bliss that awaits them and that they will see their believing loved ones again.
Revelation 21:4 'God will wipe every tear from their eyes.
There will be no more death' or mourning or crying or pain,
for the old order of things has passed away."
Don't get me wrong, I am NOT advocating suicide - only God decides when we pass from this earth. When do we accept that our loving Heavenly Father allowed us to live past seventy then become ill? Why do we fight it? How long do we want to remain breathing on this wicked earth?
My prayer is that my thoughts on this topic will help a brother or sister who today is struggling with this reality. My intention is encouragement; perhaps God has allowed me to live to seventy-five for such a day as this. -- Annette
