Before asking if the Bible is true we need to have some understanding of truth.
What is truth?

While this question is often presented as a deep philosophical puzzle suitable only for the "brainy" to tackle, the answer is not so complex.

Truth is what corresponds to reality.

Simply, what is real is true, what is unreal is false. Christians and Jews believe that the Bible is true, God really exists, Jesus is not a myth and the resurrection really happened. How do we know this? The cornerstone of Christian belief is the resurrection of Christ. [Mark 16:5-7] Paul the Apostle admitted that if the resurrection did not happen, "Christian faith is futile; we are still in our sins." [1 Corinthians 15:17] In this sense, making a case for the truth of the resurrection also makes a case for the truth claims of Jesus and, in turn, the reliability and truth of the Bible.

How the earth is held in space: Over 3,000 years ago the Bible correctly noted that the earth has no visible support, a fact that is in harmony with the more recently understood laws of gravity and motion. The Bible directed the safe disposal of sewage. It’s contrary to human nature to admit mistakes or failures, especially in writing. Most ancient writers reported only their successes and virtues yet:

• Matthew, an apostle of Christ, reported that the apostles at times showed little faith, sought prominence and even abandoned Jesus at his arrest.—Matthew 17:18-20, 18:1-6, 20:20-28, 26:56.

If Bible writers were going to falsify anything, unfavorable information about themselves, certainly would be at the top of the list! So, then, the honesty of the Bible writers adds weight to their claim that God guided them as they wrote.—2 Timothy 3:16.

Annual event when people turn their lights off to spread awareness about sustainability and climate change. This year, Earth Hour takes place on March 30, 2019 from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. local time.

Earth Hour first began in 2007 in Sydney, Australia by the World Wildlife Fund [WWF] — the leading organization in wildlife conservation and endangered species. 3-30-19, CNN -- Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen signed what she called a "first of its kind" regional compact agreement with the Northern Triangle countries aimed at preventing irregular migration, combating criminal organizations and ultimately helping with US border security. Otherwise known as the Central American countries:

1. El Salvador
2. Guatemala
3. Honduras

On Friday, 3-29-19, President Trump said they [the So Amer Nations] had "set up" migrant caravans for entry into the United States. "We were paying them tremendous amounts of money. And we're not paying them anymore; because they haven't done a thing for us. They set up these caravans."

3-29-19, Six baby elephants have been rescued from a mud pit after spending a night trapped in a hole. Officials at the Thap Lan National Park, in northeastern Thailand, discovered their dilemma during patrols to deter poaching activity. Rangers found signs that the rest of the elephant herd were still circling around the pit, so they decided to wait to see if the animals could rescue themselves; they couldn't so they were rescued. See video

3-29-19, JACKSON, Miss. — The member of a black church, Hopewell Missionary Baptist in Greenville, Mississippi, Andrew McClinton, 47, has pleaded guilty to vandalizing and burning the church, also spray painting graffitti “Vote Trump,” a week before the 2016 presidential election. His sentencing is set for late April 2019.

3-7-19, Archives Oswald Chambers -- In Romans 8:37 the Apostle Paul was speaking of the things that might seem likely to separate a saint from the love of God. However, the remarkable thing is that nothing can come between the love of God and a saint. [Romans 8:31-32, 35-39] The things Paul mentioned in this passage can and do disrupt the close fellowship of our soul with God and separate our natural life from Him. The underlying foundation of the Christian faith is the undeserved, limitless miracle of the love of God that was exhibited on the Cross of Calvary; a love that is not earned and can never be. Paul said this is the reason that “in all these things we are more than conquerors.” We are super-victors with a joy that comes from experiencing the very things which look as if they are going to overwhelm us.

Huge waves that would frighten an ordinary swimmer produce a tremendous thrill for the surfer who has ridden them. Let’s apply that to our own circumstances. The things we try to avoid and fight against— tribulation, suffering and persecution— are the very things that produce abundant joy in us. “We are more than conquerors through Him” “in all these things”; not in spite of them, but in the midst of them. 3-28-19, Authorities say Islamic terrorist group HEZBOLLAH interfered with the train tracks in an effort to cause a high-speed train derailment. Two Muslim suspects are believed to have formed a terrorist cell were arrested in Prague. They allegedly tried to commit mass atrocities twice in October 2018. Interfering with the train tracks leaving a steel cable stretched over the tracks between electrification masts on the Nuremberg-Munich line. The attack was unsuccessful and damaged only the driver’s cab, with no reported injuries to train passengers.

Orange County, California Terminates Contract With US Immigration Authorities
3-27-19, Orange County has announced that it will stop housing illegal migrants from U.S. Immigration. "Since 2015, we have seen a 40 percent increase in open mental health cases in our jails, Orange County Sheriff Don Barnes said in a video announcing the change. "The number of mental health cases now exceeds 1,800 on any given day. Consequently we must focus on enhancing our mental health services and expanding the number of beds for individuals with mental health needs." 
ICE said in a statement, "The county will stop housing detainees as of Aug. 1, 2019 that the move will negatively impact local ICE operations and force it to relocate detainees farther away reducing the opportunities for in-person family visitation and attorney coordination they will most likely be transferred outside of California." Reportedly the guy who disappeared in Turkey, Jamal Khashoggi and assumed dead, was a Qatari lobbyist whose columns, as The Post was forced to admit, were shaped by the Qatar Foundation. The Foundation, an arm of the Qatari regime, proposed topics, drafted them and translated his columns. Khashoggi was not a journalist; he was a front for Qatar to plant columns attacking Saudi Arabia and promoting the Muslim Brotherhood in the Washington Post.
The Washington Post is a paper that is uniquely willing to not only advocate on behalf of Islamists and their causes, as it frequently does, but to provide a forum for some of the most toxic Islamists around. And those Islamists are invariably aligned with the Qatari-Turkish-Iranian axis and the Brotherhood.
The paper’s decision to provide Osama bin Laden’s old friend, Jamal Khashoggi, with a forum for promoting Qatari interests, from the Brotherhood to attacks on Saudi rivals, and to then turn his death into a crusade, is part of a larger picture of collusion between The Post and Qatar’s Islamist axis. More here and here

When the devil elevates us to a certain place, he causes us to fasten our idea of what holiness is far beyond what flesh and blood could ever bear or achieve. Our life becomes a spiritual acrobatic performance high atop a steeple. We cling to it, trying to maintain our balance and daring not to move. However, when God elevates us by His grace into heavenly places, we find a vast plateau where we are able to move about with ease.
