Thanksgiving FIRST National Holiday in the USA
1789 Thanksgiving Proclamation
11-11-25 Righteousness exalts a nation. The righteous administration of a government with impartial equity between the people, public honor of the Lord God with virtuous leadership practicing strong faith & obedience to God with preservation of virtuous men, mercy, humanity & kindness. These things put honor upon a nation exalting it in the eyes of God & of all other nations. But sin is a reproach to any people bringing contempt & ruin upon them, by provoking both God & men against them. Proverbs 14:34-35 -- Read the Bible: https://biblehub.com/kjv/proverbs/14.htm

| WHAT IS "EASTER" ALL ABOUT? Easter is the annual celebration of THE LORD MESSIAH JESUS Christ’s resurrection to life after His crucifixion & death. The day is also called Resurrection Sunday; it's a Christian holiday when believers celebrate that about 2,000 years ago, a the man/God, Jesus died on a cross, was buried & three days later rose to life again. This miracle — that a dead man came to life again & lives evermore is the first of the resurrected. | It was for love that God gave His only Son (John 3:16); it was for love that Christ died on the cross (John 15:13). It is for love that the risen Lord intercedes for His children giving forgiveness (Romans 4:25, 8:34). Jesus said, “Because I live, you also will live” (John 14:19). The meaning of Easter is that the Son of God paid the price for our sins and rose again to reconcile all repentant sinners; Jesus gives forgiveness and eternal life. More here |

The history of the Jewish feast of ‘PASSOVER’
The Lord said to Moses in the land of Egypt where the Jews had been enslaved for 400 years, “Tell the whole of Israel on the 10th of the month each family take a perfect, male lamb’s blood and mark the door posts of their homes." And when He sent the death angel to fulfill the warning He gave Pharaoh to release the Hebrews or the first born of every Egyptian will die; but not the Israelites whose houses were marked with the blood of the lamb.
Jesus is the Lamb of God Whose blood cleanses and saves all born again believers who in faith repent. Hallelujah, thank You, Lord!

| St. Patrick's Day, is annually celebrated on March 17th worldwide. Honoring the patron saint of Ireland "Patrick" from the 5th century. The holiday began as a religious feast day in the early 17th century and has evolved into a celebration of Irish culture, featuring parades, wearing green, and various festivities - sadly involves much drunkenness'. | Americans go crazy for this holiday drinking LOTS of Guinness. According to legend, St Patrick’s Day has a dark side. One of the most popular legends is that he drove out all the snakes from Ireland. However, according to The National Museum of Ireland in Dublin, there is no evidence that snakes ever lived in Ireland. More here |

| 11-28-24, * -- America and Israel have shared economic, political and spiritual links dating back to the original Pilgrims who, in 1620, escaped Europe seeking religious freedom and “Advancement of the Christian Faith.” Governor of the Plymouth Colony William Bradford author of the Mayflower Compact [1] alluded to being driven out of England as the heathen historians asserted of Moses and the Israelites when they went out of Egypt. Bradford’s history of the Plymouth Colony is carefully written in great detail in his work, “Of Plymouth Plantation.” [2] | Bradford wrote, “they cherished a great hope and inward zeal of laying good foundations for the advancement of the Gospel of Christ in the remote parts of the world, even though they should be but stepping stones to others in the performance of so great a work.” He compared the Pilgrims’ plight to the Israelites’ migration from Egypt to Canaan: “Our fathers were Englishmen who came over the great ocean and were ready to perish in the wilderness, but they cried to the Lord; He heard their voice and looked on their adversity. [..] and He saved them from their distress.” [3] |

| 11-26-24, Democrat Barry Obama once smugly reminded us to the consequences of elections. Accordingly, Elon Musk & Vivek Ramaswamy's Dept of Govt Efficiency [D.O.G.E.] it shouldn't just be a cost cutting and regulation-slashing initiative, although that would be reason enough - it's also about reminding career bureaucrats that they are still answerable to "the people" through their elected officials. | DOGE's requiring federal employees to return to their offices will force a huge reduction in the federal workforce without much hassle as demanding government employees show up to their respective offices for work would likely result in a wave of voluntary terminations. Simply by removing the monetary & free-services attracting illegal migrants to flood the USA will be another easy solution. | Add to that actually enforcing the federal laws barring employers from hiring illegal migrants and a bonus round of self-deportations would likely occur. We expect there will be a whole new batch of Americans suddenly available to pick our fruits and vegetables(!) -- Source unknown by me |
~ Happy Reformation Day! ~
On October 31, 1517 in Germany the Roman Catholic Priest Martin Luther drafted a report on the false premises of paying money for the forgiveness of sin. He posted a copy of the Ninety-five Theses to Archbishop Albert of Mainz' door requesting that he put a stop to the false teaching.
Salvation is by repentance and faith in Jesus Christ; not by works lest mankind can boast. Ephesians 2:8-9
| October 31st is the anniversary of Reformation Day first celebrated in Germany in 1517. For hundreds of years people of the western world have attributed evil Satanic spiritual significance to the last day of October as “doctrines of demons” (1 Timothy 4:1) that governed the celebration of the Dark Ages. The Light was brought by God out of this darkness through the pen and voice of a humble German Roman Catholic monk — Martin Luther. He is credited with the beginning of the Protestant Reformation. On October 31, 1517 he nailed his 95 theses to the door of the Castle Church in Wittenberg, Germany. | A day that was dedicated to evil spirits [now called 'Halloween'], myths, superstition, death and fear - he informed the world that repentance of sin, faith and Christ alone for forgiveness, salvation and eternal life comes only from the Lord Jesus - not by the payment of indulgences to the Roman Catholic church. He brought about a Reformation changing the false teaching of "works" to faith. Psalm 119:11; Luke 13:3; Ephesians 2:8-9 |
