6-20-23, * - The Biden regime’s Health & Human Services Dept [HHS] new proposal would shield sex crimes, coerced abortions, child sterilization it’s purpose is to protect abortion and potentially sterilizing treatments for gender-confused youth. If approved, the proposal would change Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act’s (HIPAA) definitions of "person" to exclude human beings before birth, "reproductive health care" to "broadly" apply to the reproductive system and "public health" to exclude use and disclosure of Protected Health Information [PHI] for investigations or proceedings related to reproductive healthcare.
 
The NPRM cites the 2022 Supreme Court decision in Dobbs, which returned abortion regulation to the states. While it does not mention so-called gender affirming care, the proposal appears broad enough to include puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and genital removal for transgender and nonbinary patients.

The NPRM ignores statutes that recognize "the unborn child explicitly," including the Unborn Victims of Violence Act Act, National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act,as well as HHS's own regulations governing the Child Health Insurance Program. It protects "abusers instead of victims" of sex crimes by defining the illicit transportation of "minors or victims of sexual abuse to undergo abortions" as reproductive healthcare and restricting PHI disclosure that is "based on the administration of rape kits and medical treatment for victims of sexual assault."
 
According to the Alliance Defending Freedom [ADF] "HHS has no authority for its efforts to turn practically all hospitals into on-demand abortion clinics."

6-21-23, Ben Garrison -- The FBI continues to destroy justice in America. They're the strong arm of the Democrat Marxist Party. It's becoming the old KGB [here].  FBI agents were infiltrators, directors and participates of the January 6, 2021 protest at the Capitol. Perversely the FBI calls it an ‘insurrection.’ They set up and arrested many protestors, whether they were at the Capitol building or not. They used Ray Epps [1] to lure people into the Capitol dome, thus entrapping them - while he goes free. They continue to round up people such as Stewart Rhodes, the leader of ‘Oath Keepers,’ and use Democrat judges to mete out ridiculously long prison sentences based on little or no evidence.

Cutting off funding to the FBI is a solution, but it’s doubtful anyone in Congress will have the gumption to do that. Sure, they will complain mightily as did Senator Ted Cruz when he questioned Paul Abbate, the deputy FBI director. Abbate stonewalled Cruz at every turn and would not answer questions, yet he was not arrested for contempt of Congress. Someone needs to do more than complain about the FBI. It may be hopeless to cut off funding to the CIA—they probably make their cash from the globalists and by means of drug dealing, but the FBI can be shut down by cutting off their funding. The scope of the warrant was for financial records however they didnt take any financial records, accounting or tax statements. They took all thte 4473 forms (buyer's Information). Now we know what the 87,000 IRS agents were for - glad Congress blocked the money [here]!

6-16-23, ChristianPost *-- In April 2023 approximately 300 bodies have been unearthed in a forest in southeastern Kenya, Africa. Reportedly, they were Christian believers who starved themselves wanting to go to their Savior Jesus. Apparently, Pastor Paul Mackenzie a controversial televangelist who led the Good News International Church - he's been accused of brain washing his congregation to kill themselves to go to heaven. Supposedly in 2019, he closed the church encouraging his followers to go with him to the Shakahola Forest in Eastern Kenya that would shield them from the apocalypse expected in April 2023. He gave frequent warnings of a satanic force that's infiltrated the highest echelons of world power. He opposed formal education believing there's a global conspiracy involving the Vatican, the UN, the U.S. and that doctors “serve a different god.” 

​Mackenzie turned himself in to the police on April 14, 2023 - although maintaining his innocence. In jail he and 16 followers were on the verge of death over hunger strike - prompting prosecutors to ask High Court for directions. Other reports that Christian people are being held in detention centers have staged hunger strikes as protest against their imprisonment; therefore, they were transferred to a jail facility because suicide is illegal in Kenya. ​
 
Speculation looms that the purpose of the deaths was organ harvesting as most of the exhumed bodies have been found without organs, and there is a high demand for organs on the black market. [1]

I was told only when permission was secured from her daughter. Initially supportive of her daughter’s new non-binary identity, she had no clue as to the implications, which extended far beyond they/them pronouns. The pressure from school had been insidious. They had a trans student and a non-binary teaching assistant. Because of the adult who also went by they/them, they had to have a pronoun circle every time a visitor came into the classroom. No wonder she wanted to choose something more interesting than she/her. I don’t think this would have happened without this intense focus on gender identity every single day. However, alarm bells rang when my daughter asked for puberty blockers. By then she was identifying as a boy and using he/him pronouns. She insisted that the drugs were safe and reversible, but my professional experience led me to investigate. I'd never heard of safe and reversible drugs that can stop you having puberty, so I looked it up and learned that Histrelin – the drug used in Massachusetts – shuts down your entire sex-hormone axis. It's used to treat metastatic hormone responsive cancers and also chemically castrate sex offenders. I thought that didn’t seem healthy; she was only 12 years old.”

"I'd been trying to affirm my daughter’s transgender identity; I even called the clinics to try and get her an appointment. That never materialized; cost was an issue, as the prices were over $1,000 a month. It was a hyperbolic Tweet that broke the spell; the tweet was ridiculous and was from Planned Parenthood! Realizing that something was very wrong I applied the brakes - no puberty blockers. I did, however allow my daughter a $25 breast binder, which became her treasured possession. It was the most important thing in the world for a while. It was like a corset, a horrible piece of clothing that made it difficult for her to breathe; but she would not give it up. When it was in the laundry, she would not leave the house. Whenever she was thinking about being trans she became a completely different personality. Instead of being carefree, she was miserable - she shrank in on herself; she was scared to talk to people and she didn’t want to go places in case she was misgendered. She got a haunted look on her face and told me that I didn’t understand her. It was like night and day – when she wasn’t thinking about gender, she was a normal kid.
During the Covid lockdowns the response to the pandemic removed my daughter from day-to-day contact with other trans-identified people giving the child the space to have a frank conversation with me. She initiated it and that finally broke the transgender spell. I told her that a trans boy is not the same as a boy. They are significantly different. I talked to her about penises – she knew nothing – she had no idea that an artificial penis was nothing like the real thing, a miracle of hydraulics after millions of years of evolution. I explained that there is no way you can recreate that from a flap of skin on your arm and whatever you do, you will never be fully functional. It was the reality check that is absent from social media.

"She has not parted with her once-precious breast binder – she plans to keep it forever as a symbol of misspent youth – but she no longer wears it, because she no longer identifies as transgender. She still grieved for not being a boy, but the fantasy no longer captivates her. She is mentally healthier – more authentic in herself and less afraid of others’ perceptions.”

According to the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, sex is based on biological attributes such as physical and physiological features, including chromosomes and reproductive organs, while "gender refers" to the socially constructed [created] roles, behaviors, expressions and identities.
