9-12-23, * -- On Tuesday, August 8, 2023 in a response to Weather Channel Meteorologist Stephanie Abrams interview question about whether Joe Biden would declare a national emergency on climate change, Biden said, “I’ve already done that, the national emergency–we’ve conserved more land, we’ve moved into–we’ve rejoined the Paris Climate Accord, we’ve passed a 368 billion-dollar climate control [initiative]. We’re moving. It is the existential threat to humanity.”

On September 2, 2023 Biden toured the Hurricane Idalia damage in Florida and reminded reporters, “There’s no real intelligence to deny the impacts of the climate crisis anymore.”

Some 1,600 scientists of the Global Climate Intelligence Group disagree. On August 14, 2023 in a jointly signed world climate declaration, 1,609 scientist from around the world said, “There is no climate emergency. Climate science should be less political, while climate policies should be more scientific. Scientists should openly address uncertainties and exaggerations in their predictions of global warming, while politicians should dispassionately count the real costs as well as the imagined benefits of their policy measures. The geological archive reveals that Earth’s climate has varied as long as the planet has existed, with natural cold and warm phases. The Little Ice Age ended as recently as 1850. Therefore, it is no surprise that we now are expe­riencing a period of warming.”

The scientists also said, “Climate policy relies on inadequate climate models. Climate models have many shortcomings and are not remotely plausible as policy tools. They do not only exaggerate the effect of greenhouse gases, they also ignore the fact that enriching the atmosphere with CO2 is beneficial.” They emphatically stated that there is no statistical evidence that global warming has increased natural disasters and concluded that “There is no climate emergency. Therefore, there is no cause for panic and alarm. We strongly oppose the harmful and unrealistic net-zero CO2 policy proposed for 2050.” In fact, they state that because CO2 is not a pollutant, but a plant food, “it is essential to all life on earth.”

In June, 2009, The Daily Jot reported that the computers at the Hadley Climate Research Unit, the linchpin of global warming science, housed over 1,000 emails and 72 documents showing how scientists manipulated, suppressed, deleted and lied about the entire global warming theory. That was 14 years ago, and the world was supposed to end in 15 years, according to some of these so-called scientists.

After the great flood of Noah’s time, God promised in Genesis 8:22, “While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.” The Lord Jesus said in Matthew 24:4, “Take heed that no man deceive you.” Only God the Creator has power to destroy earth. Man is its steward. And we should not be deceived by men who are using fear to create a new religion and social order.

Congressman Comer Reveals New Evidence in Biden Family’s Influence
5-10-23, WASHINGTON—House Committee on Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) released bank ​ records detailing new information obtained of the Biden family’s influence peddling and business schemes. Comer obtained 1000s of pages of the Biden family and associates’ complicated network of companies set up during Joe Biden’s vice presidency and the millions the Bidens received from foreign sources and nations. The records also reveal how the Bidens used complicated transactions to hide payments from foreign nationals, including China [CCP] linked associates providing a clear trail of their schemes while Joe was Vice President.

​In Revelation 11, the Apostle John is told about two witnesses wearing sackcloth (a garment that symbolizes mourning over judgment) who have been given authority by God. There has been no shortage of theories about the identity of God’s two witnesses. Figurative language and imagery describes the two individuals – causing many to believe they are Elijah and Moses (or potentially Enoch) who have returned to the earth. Elijah and Enoch did not die; but were rather assumed into heaven [raptured!] Some view Moses’s body as being assumed up into heaven and some Jewish traditions viewed them all having to return to die. That said, the use of language reminiscent of these figures does not necessarily mean that they literally are them.
 
The two witnesses’ ministry lasts 1,260 days, which is the same period of time as the 42 months (3.5 years). This number also has connections to the number of years the people of Israel were:

• in the wilderness (2 years and then 40 years of wandering)
• Daniel’s prophecies of a period of tribulation (Daniel 7:25; 9:27; 12:7, 11-12)
• In Revelation 12:6, 14 this number is also used to describe how long the woman (representing the community) will be protected from the dragon’s (Satan’s) attacks
• In Revelation 13:5 this is the period of time of the beast’s blasphemy.
• We also later see that their bodies will be left unburied for three and a half days [showing that number seems to have significance]

 
God protects these two witnesses during this ministry, as those who attack them are killed (Rev 11:5). The language of their defense recalls Elijah who calls down fire (2 Kings 1:10-17), but is probably a closer parallel to Jeremiah 5:14 which does not refer to literal fire; but rather how the words of a prophet are like fire. 
The two witnesses are further described in many different passages from the Old Testament. For example, they are said to be “two olive trees and the two lampstands”  that stand before the Lord of the earth, recalling how the political leader and priest during Israel’s return from exile were described as olive trees in Zechariah 4:4, 11-14.

Their description recalls Elijah, as it is said that they “have power to shut the sky, that no rain may fall during the days of their prophesying” (Rev 11:6), and Moses, as “they have power over the waters to turn them into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague, as often as they desire.” (Rev 11:6)
 
At the end of their ministry, the beast (this is the first reference to the beast in Revelation) who comes out from the bottomless pit “will make war on them and conquer them and kill them” (Rev 11:7), with their unburied bodies lying in the street for three and a half days while people from all nations celebrate their death because they had been tormenting the people (Rev 11:8-10).
 
Another predominant view is that these figures are symbolic of the ministry of the Church in this time as we experience suffering. Before dismissing this as being too confusing or not wanting to read the text closely, one should note how the two witnesses are identified as “two lampstands.”  The allusion to Zechariah about two olive trees only mentions one lampstand, not two; but earlier in Revelation the seven churches are described as lampstands; this could reference the lampstand as a way of connecting the witnesses to the church, with it being two instead of seven here either because only two of the seven churches in Revelation 2-3 are faithful.
 
Also, Jesus sends out His disciples two by two to witness of Him. Further support for these witnesses representing the church as a whole is the reference to three and half years and an attack from the beast, as that is reminiscent of Daniel 7:21, in which the saints are attacked by the “little horn” and defeated until “the Ancient of Days” comes.
 
The description of these two witnesses is a reminder of the church’s mission, and that we are called to testify to the truth in this time even in the face of opposition. Majority of scriptures in Revelation are figurative; therefore the symbolic view the whole book sees various cycles and connections. It’s not just about what happens at the end of time; but how the church needs to be faithful right now.

9-2-23, EpochTimes excerpt [full report here] -- A federal appeals court in New Orleans recently ruled on that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had overstepped its authority in their ruling that three doctors will be able to move forward with their lawsuit. ​The World Health Organization [WHO] and the National Institutes of Health are among the bodies that have also recommended against Ivermectin use for COVID treatment.

The three doctors said their reputations were harmed by the FDA campaign because they promoted ivermectin use. One doctor was suspended from a hospital, while another was fired from a medical school.

“This case has broad implications for protecting the practice of medicine from unlawful interference by the FDA,” the doctors’ attorney Jared Kelson said in a statement. “It’s about ensuring that federal agencies act only within their statutory authority. The FDA crossed a bright line here.”

​Judge Don Willett wrote: “The Doctors have plausibly alleged that FDA’s Posts fell on the wrong side of the line between telling about and telling to. FDA is not a physician. It has authority to inform, announce, and apprise—but not to endorse, denounce, or advise. As such, the Doctors can use the APA to assert their ultra vires claims against the Agencies and the Officials.”

On Aug. 8, 2023 Ashley Cheung Honold, a Dept of Justice lawyer representing the FDA, told the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. confirmed that doctors were allowed to prescribe ivermectin to treat COVID.

Dr. Mary Talley Bowden one of the three doctors who filed the initial complaint said: ​“This needs to come to an end. In telling my patients what medicines they can and cannot have access to, we effectively have a large group of pharmacists practicing medicine without a license. They have no accountability for this yet they are allowed to dictate patient care. I see it every single day. Enough is enough."
