 There are Biblical Warnings about Government The size and role of government has huge implications for the lives of individuals all over the world. The people who formed the American colonies separated from England over the issue of the role of government. They then ratified the United States Constitution only after lengthy deliberation about the purpose and scope of it. The USA House of Representatives to this day has a relief of Moses on the wall - God's Ten Commandments were our foundational laws. The Bible sets out four principles that can provide a foundation for the discussion. More here
