Racist Biden Prevented Judge Brown in 2005

In 2005 the Senate Democrats, Joe Biden Blocked Janice Rogers Brown From Becoming the First Black SCOTUS Female Judge. Sen. Durbin of Illinois said: “Janice Rogers Brown is one of President Bush’s most ideological and extreme judicial nominees. Judge Brown was the least worthy pick this president has made for the appellate court and that’s based on her record.”

Senator Joe Biden Threatened to Filibuster First Black Woman Almost in 2006 to go to Supreme Court but for the Democrats
Joe Biden pledged to nominate "the first Black woman to the Supreme Court." The irony is not lost that it was Senator Joe Biden in 2006 who used the filibuster that he now calls anachronistic and bigoted to block the first Black woman, Janice Rogers Brown who almost became the first black Jurist on the Supreme Court [See Biden in his own words 1 min video here] ... The Democrats said she was a conservative judicial activist who ignores the law in favor of her own political opinions. 

They were critical of her views and record supporting limits on abortion and corporate liability and opposed affirmative action. The GOP-controlled Senate ended a nearly two-year Democrat filibuster of California judge Janice Rogers Brown. The 65-32 vote virtually assures the conservative jurist and Alabama native’s confirmation. It takes 60 votes to bypass a filibuster that didn't happen...

​Judge Brown was considered as a replacement for Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor by then-Republican President George W. Bush, but Justice Samuel Alito was nominated instead.

And you read that right — Biden was part of an effort on the part of Senate Democrats to use the filibuster to prevent the black woman Janice Brown’s nomination — the same filibuster they now routinely inform us is racist.

3-22-22, Ole Joe Biden has nominated black woman Ms Ketanji Brown Jackson to replace ​Justice Stephen G. Breyer on the USA Supreme Court. Republican Sen. Ted Cruz, during the confirmation hearing, said: "I'm trying to understand how you see someone that possesses images of infants and toddlers being sexually violated, and you sentence them to 64% below what the prosecutor is asking for [in every case she sentenced below what the prosecuter and statute required]." Senator Blackburn asked her to define woman - Judge Jackson said she could not.
