10-9-22, We see that the prophet Isaiah dwelt, as Joel 2:28, on the outpouring of the Spirit which should sweep away the frivolities of lustful luxury and lead to a God fearing life. Isaiah 32:15 When there's so much provocation given to the holy God, bad times should be expected. How many careless ones [Isaiah 32:11] there are who support self-indulgence by shameful depravities! Blessed times shall be brought in by the out pouring of the Spirit from on high. Peace and quietness shall be found in the way and in work of righteousness. True satisfaction is to be had only in true faith, repentance (Luke 13:3) and obedience to the Lord God; and then shall there be perfect happiness & holiness forever. Isaiah 32:18-20
