8-2-22, Washington Times * -- Although a career-risk, FBI whistleblowers have been contacting Republican lawmakers for months showing the grassroots outside the 7th Floor are in revolt. Their target since 2017 is the FBI’s elitist left-wing headquarters overseen by Director Christopher Wray.

• Assertions by two Republican senators, Sen. Charles Grassley of Iowa and Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin that the FBI set them up for fake-news press stories about their groundbreaking Hunter Biden disclosures and the stunning whistleblower disclosures of corruption; over a dozen FBI employees have contacted Mr. Jordan’s ranking Judiciary Committee office since November:
• Headquarters sabotaged a probe of Hunter Biden (Grassley statement)
• Headquarters directed field offices to make up statistics for domestic violent extremism threats (Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio statement). 

Both the Hunter blocking and Domestic Violent Extremism [DVE] padding are in complete lockstep with the FBI’s political master, Joe Biden.

8-10-22, FoxNews -- The IRS plans to hire more agents ... 80,000+ now that Inflation Reduction Act will become law.  A link to a job posting for "Criminal Investigation Special Agents" appeared to have been briefly deleted on Wednesday, 8-10-22 following online criticism of the posting's language, although it later reappeared. According to the job posting:

"A "key requirement" for applicants for Criminal Investigations is that they have to be "legally allowed to carry a firearm," and "major duties" include "Carry a firearm and be willing to use deadly force, if necessary" and "Be willing and able to participate in arrests, execution of search warrants, and other dangerous assignments."

​ During the FBI Raid on President Trump's Private Home; the Agents Searched Melania's Wardrobe 
On Monday, 8-8-22 arriving at 9 a.m. leaving at 6:30 p.m. over 30 plain clothes FBI agents from the Southern District of Florida & Washington Field Office scoured President Trump's private home. Access to the 20-acre private country club is believed to have been granted by heavily armed US Secret Service (USSS) agents stationed at the front gates and toting M4 carbines. Trump's lawyers, who were caught off guard by the raid, arrived about 10 am. The Trump family wasn't home when the raid began as they're spending the summer at their golf estate home in Bedminster, New Jersey. Mar-a-Lago is closed for the season and only a skeleton staff, including groundskeepers, were present during the raid.

The Post learned that the search warrant used by the FBI to enter the private Palm Beach property was solely to focus on presidential records and evidence of classified information being stored there. However, a source close to the President Trump expressed concern that corrupted FBI agents or DOJ lawyers conducting the search could have “planted stuff” because they wouldn't allow Trump’s attorneys inside the 128-room building to observe the operation, which lasted more than nine hours.
An eyewitness to the raid said it's unknown if anything outside the authorized list was  confiscated by federal agents  as no itemized list of items in the boxes was provided by the FBI. The agents instructed Trump’s representatives to switch off the security cameras; but they refused. Excerpted full original report here from New York Post here

8-8-22, WashingtonTimes -- With news of the FBI raiding Mar-a-Lago, buzz quickly surfaced about whether President Trump could be disqualified from holding office again; pointing to U.S. Code Title 18, Section 2071:
The passage that says anyone "having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States."

Sources told CNN the FBI search of the Florida resort was related to Trump's handling of presidential records, including classified documents. Official told NBC News the search warrant was connected to the National Archives. 

Convictions under U.S. Code Title 18, Section 2071 were previously debated during the 2016 presidential cycle after former Attorney General Michael Mukasey argued in 2015 that Hillary Clinton would be disqualified from holding office if convicted over erasing materials from a private email server she used while serving as secretary of state.​

Allies of President Trump expressed suspicions that the raid was part of a political move meant to ward off another presidential run — something Trump has strongly hinted he will partake in for 2024. Steve Bannon said: "They are absolutely petrified Trump is going to announce in a couple of weeks, win the Republican nomination, win the White House."

​The National Archives said presidential records in 15 boxes obtained from Mar-a-Lago earlier this year included materials marked as classified national security information. In announcing the FBI's raid of his resort, President Trump said: "After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate. It is prosecutorial misconduct, the weaponization of the Justice System, and an attack by Radical Left Democrats who desperately don’t want me to run for President in 2024.”

​Former federal prosecutor Harry Litman argued they have a point about the records provision the Justice Dept appears to be investigating. "So this could be the whole enchilada in terms of DOJ resolution."
