10-14-21, WashExaminer -- If anything is a ringing indictment of gender politics, it’s the unremarkable nature of woman Kamala Harris’s vice presidency. Apparently the only hurdle she had to cross was becoming the first female [black] to hold the office. This she achieved merely by existing.  One year after announcing a female would be his running mate, ole Joe Biden assigned a large task to her. The immigration crisis - Biden stated: “When she speaks, she speaks for me.” Her weaknesses as a politician haven't improved with a more senior position. The reports of chaos aren’t just rumors; we're watching the results play out in real time on the world’s stage. If Ms Harris was just another in a sea of hopefuls for 2024 these problems might be overlooked; but the VP is barely treading water and as a result, belongs nowhere near the Oval Office.

6-9-21, WesternJournal -- According to a report from CNN, Biden administration officials are “perplexed” by Vice President Ms Kamala Harris’ handling of her embarrassing first international trip. Reportedly Harris’ trip to Central America and Mexico, coupled with her awkward interview with NBC News anchor Lester Holt over her absence at the U.S. border with Mexico has those close to her attempting to make sense of her bungled foreign visit. CNN noted: “[Harris] endured a rocky first foreign trip since taking office, with sources telling CNN her two-day swing through Mexico and Guatemala left some administration officials quietly perplexed about what they perceive as her bumpy answers to questions about whether she will go to the US-Mexico border.” 

10-8-22, Guardian [here] -- A huge explosion has destroyed part of the Kerch Bridge from Russia to Crimea; it occurred approx 6am on Saturday, 10-8-22 while a train was crossing the bridge. A section of the Ukraine-bound road bridge collapsed into the Kerch strait and a fierce fire engulfed a train on the parallel railway connection, creating a vast column of black smoke.
The parallel road towards Russia still appeared passable in images from the blast site.

Moscow had claimed the bridge was protected by impenetrable layers of defences, ranging from military dolphins to the latest weapons systems, but had also threatened harsh retaliation if it was targeted.
A truck exploded in the middle of the bridge killing three people.
Ukraine has not directly claimed responsibility for hitting the bridge, but senior officials publicly celebrated and on Saturday morning the only real question about the attack was not who ordered it, but how it was carried out.

5-4-22, PBS.org --  Associated Press research shows that if the Court allows states to ban abortions, minority women will bear the brunt of it. Tanya Britton, a former president of Pro-Life Mississippi, often drives three hours from her home in the northern part of the state to pray outside the abortion clinic in Jackson. =>

<= Britton is black and she said it’s a tragedy that the number of black babies aborted since Roe would equal the population of several large cities; people are too casual about terminating pregnancies. She said:

“You just can’t take the life of someone because this is not convenient — so you want to finish your education; but you wouldn’t kill your two year old because you were in graduate school!”

Apparently these disparities are related to systemic hardships experienced by disadvantaged communities with poorer living and working conditions 9,12,13.

10-5-22, Remix news, TYLER DURDEN, Zero Hedge -- Emergency scenarios are being prepared in Sweden in case of power cuts. The Scandinavian country has had a dry and windless summer, which has resulted in less electricity being produced from renewable energy windmills while its nuclear power plants are not ready to supply consumers. With Russian gas cut off and oil exports stopped, Sweden is forced to buy from elsewhere, which increases the cost of electricity. Falling energy prices, a worsening economy, and a change of government have all contributed to the declining economic situation in Sweden, according to a recent study by the Hungarian Oeconomus Economic Research Foundation.

Herschel Walker denies paying for abortion, son rips him
10-4-22, NYPost -- Hershel Walker the 1982 Georgia Bulldog Heisman Trophy winner and former NFL player-turned-Republican political Senate candidate is a staunch anti-abortion advocate. He has supported a national abortion ban and recently took to Twitter to forcefully repudiate reporting by the Daily Beast that he paid for his then-girlfriend to have an abortion he said: "This is a flat-out lie — and I deny this in the strongest possible terms." 10-4-22, God's word is not shy in describing punishment administered to the blaspheming disobedient peoples of the past; the Lord caused them to 'howl.'  Twenty-nine times the word 'howl' appears. In the future, the depraved blasphemers will also howl; only repentant, faithful followers of King Jesus will escape. Luke 13:3 "except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." ... 10-4-22, * -- The executive branch [White House] of the US government has NO authority to make law — any law!  Executive Orders are constitutional only when they cite a single, recently passed law of Congress, where that law needs a statement of implementation by the executive branch. 
 
U.S. History textbooks cite British tyranny as the major cause of the American Revolution; but nothing King George III did to the colonies can match the tyranny currently unleashed upon millions of unvaxed Americans, September 9, 2021 by Joe Biden.  His Executive Orders are reminiscent of the persecution unleashed by national Socialism under Adolph Hitler on the Jews or by socialists under Joseph Stalin on Christians.
 
Recently two of ole Joe Biden's “Executive Orders' have emerged: #1 Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors,” #2 Requiring Coronavirus Disease Vaccination for Federal Employees.”  Both begin, “By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America.”  There exists no authority in the Constitution for a president to unilaterally make a law or anything similar to it; that ended with King George III.
 
Moreover, there exists no law that processed successfully through the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate and signed into law by the President specific to COVID-19 or any previous illness for precedent reference, especially that mandates the ingestion, by skin or otherwise, of any foreign substance against the will of the subject.  Biden simply made it up.

Biden is unhappy with those who decided that the shots have more risks than the disease which is survivable by at least 98.8%; unlike smallpox and polio where fatality rates, of those who got it, was respectively 30% and 23%.  After 20 months of COVID-19, few in America personally know anyone who actually died from COVID alone.
 
Mandates are not laws; so what is the Constitutional recourse for resistance.  The legislative branches should move immediately toward impeachment on the basis that Congress alone makes all law, and additionally, refuse to fund any portion of the decrees. 

​The 24 states presently opposing the decrees should use the 10th Amendment and make them null and void within their states.  Businesses with over 100 employees should shield their employees with immediate class action suits against the federal government.  Citizens should remind their employers that should they fire them for noncompliance they in turn will initiate class action suits against them.

Lake Mead's water level has never been lower
9-4-22, CBS -- Both Hoover Dam and Lake Mead are integral components of the complex system that divides and allocates the Colorado River. The river stretches 1,400 miles from Colorado's Rocky Mountains to the Gulf of California, and provides water to roughly 40 million people in the U.S. and Mexico. It supports dozens of indigenous tribes and 11 national parks, and irrigates 5.5 million acres of farmland. 

A few hundred miles upstream, the Glen Canyon Dam created another critical reservoir called Lake Powell, which, together with Lake Mead, collects and stores a significant portion of the water sustaining the Colorado River system. Loss of power from Glen Canyon Dam during a season where energy consumption typically increases, like the summer, could destabilize the surrounding power grid, according to a report by the energy watchdog group NERC.

Hurricane Ian: Damage will drive insurance rates even higher [here]

The cost may be passed on to all Florida homeowners, not just those who suffered damage; assessments will be levied on them to cover the losses.   State Sen. Jeff Brandes [R] from Pinellas County who has tried to push for strict insurance and litigation reforms to rein in the spiraling costs said: “We’re relying on a strategy of hope and that hasn’t played out.”

NATO tested underwater ‘equipment’ close to Nord Stream leak zone
9-29-22, BattleforWorld.com here -- The Russian government is reporting that in June 2022, the NATO alliance experimented with unmanned subs near the island of Bornholm, and that the exercises used deep-sea equipment in the area where gas leaks in Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines was caused by explosions.

Who gains most from Nord Stream sabotage? 
9-28-22, AsiaTimes [here] -- The apparent sabotage of the Russian Nordstream  pipelines demonstrates Europe’s irresponsibility in accepting gas from a known enemy. [..] Baltics, Finland, Ukraine and USA all have logical incentive to damage the pipelines; Russia does not as she would lose all leverage with Europe if it destroyed its own pipelines. 

The Nord  Stream pipelines are at sea depths ranging from 262 to 360 feet. Frogmen typically operate at 20 feet, so submersible vehicles would have been needed to place explosives on the pipeline or otherwise damage it. Finland is in a serious dispute with Russia that started with Finland’s decision to join NATO. In May, Russia cut off gas supplies to Finland and earlier Russia halted electricity deliveries.  =>

<= But it is hard to understand why Finland might consider the Nord Stream pipelines as a target for any retaliation. Finland itself has embargoed Russian coal and oil. Russia also has a very tense relationship with the Baltic States, and any one of them could carry out sabotage acts against the Nord Stream pipelines. However, the fact that this would deprive Europe of gas deliveries in the near future, supposing an end of sanctions, makes this an unlikely move for any country that depends on NATO for security.

The US could have sabotaged the pipelines to remove President Vladimir Putin’s leverage over Europe this winter. If there was substantial fear in Washington that Europe might break consensus on sanctioning Russian over the Ukraine war to save itself from an energy crisis this winter, then there could be logic in such a move. The US has become an important energy player to Europe and has been using US-supplied LNG to help fill its storage tanks for the coming winter.
