As someone who has endured partisan attacks and faced heated public controversy, I also know we must strive for respectful disagreement and constructive compromise.
Congress heads home for Christmas No Impeachment trial planned
12-19-19, Star Tribune -- Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi trying to dictate the Senate procedures for her sham of an impeachment of Pres Trump is not going so well ... some suggest there'll never be a trial because Mrs Pelosi is afraid to turn over the articles of impeachment fearing no conviction. Pres Trump mocked on Twitter: “Now the Do Nothing Party want to Do Nothing with the Articles.”
President Trump Update on US-China trade deal
12-20-19, YahooFinance -- Phase One includes an agreement from China to buy $50 billion worth of U.S. agricultural products. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin said the two countries could sign the first phase of the deal as soon as January.
