President Trump Did Much Better than Obama & Clinton in Their First Midterm Elections
11-7-18, BusInsider -- President Donald Trump on Tuesday night's first mid term election, 11-6-18, lost the House of Representatives to the Democrats, who won 26 seats from the Republicans. Traditionally in midterm elections, a president's party always loses a handful of seats. Pres Trump managed to keep his hold of the Senate and the Republican majority even increased. However he did much better than both Obama & Clinton:

11-8-18, US president Donald Trump’s endorsements—from Twitter posts to campaign stops—appear to have helped in mobilizing his base. As many as 48 of the 85 candidates Trump endorsed won in the Senate, House, gubernatorial, and other elected offices. Six races are still undecided. Once those are settled, the president’s winning percentage could be as high as 64%.
