New Hampshire bill to CRIMINALIZE letting your own dog run around your back yard when the weather is cold

1-16-20, (Natural News) There is an old saying that “a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.” Sometimes good intentions combined with a lack of knowledge can make for a really toxic combination. An excellent example of this is State Representative Katherine Rogers’ proposed legislation as outlined in New Hampshire House Bill 1389. The bill would impose criminal penalties on pet owners who do not: provide adequate food, water or shelter for their animals. Why dogs love the cold and playing in the snow

Plus snow is like a brand new toy. They have fur coats on [specially designed feet] and they're warm all the time so they feel good when it's cold." God Created Canine Paws With Special Blood Vessels That Protect Them From Cold

 A new study published in the Journal Veterinary Dermatology, dogs’ paw pads contain lots of fatty tissue – which doesn’t freeze as easily as other tissues. The blood vessels in dogs’ feet are arranged in a way that lets them act like living heat exchangers: arteries in the paws are very close to networks of tiny veins (venules), facilitating the transfer of heat from venous to arterial blood. When a paw is cooled by contact with frozen ground, warmth from the arteries in the paw is transferred to the venules. This helps keep the paw at a tolerable temperature.

In addition, it warms the blood before it flows back to the body – thus helping keep the dog’s body temperature from falling uncomfortably low. Thank YOU, God!
