Ramadan also killed 2 people and left 40 injured. Shmuel’s leg was blown apart causing the need for multiple surgeries. The killer was a so called “police officer” working for the terrorists who run the Islamic Palestinian Authority [PA] in the Jewish state of Israel. The Islamic terror group, Hamas in Gaza, Israel considers Ramadan a hero. Mr Waldman and other victims of terrorism filed a lawsuit against the terrorist group that has been funded by American taxpayers. Under the Anti-terrorism Clarification Act (ATCA) [1] the PA accepting security assistance from its "police force" and funding terrorism, places itself in jeopardy of lawsuits from its victims. Therefore, in 2018 the PA sent the US a letter informing that it would no longer accept any aid from the US; as it exposes it to lawsuits. However, the letter suggested that it might revisit its refusal if the law were changed. Six Democrat Senators have set out to honor the terrorists demand and change the ATCA law, using the false claim of a humanitarian disaster to continue giving the killers money; Feinstein, Coons, Merkely, VanHollen, Leahy and Masto:
 The real agenda revealed by the Democrats resolution to change the law shows that it’s not about humanitarian aid, but about restoring funding to the Islamic terrorists of the Palestinian Authority. It’s about allowing terrorists to get away with murder.
