Sullivan tabled a motion by the DOJ to dismiss the case against Flynn filed after a review of case materials revealed evidence that the FBI set a perjury trap for Flynn. He said “did not ask the Russian Ambassador to delay the vote on or defeat a pending UN Security Council resolution,” and that the ambassador didn’t tell Flynn about Russia’s response to the request.
