Fence and dogs keep out Flood of Muslim Men Trying to pass through Hungary on way to Austria
2-10-17, Daily Mail -- A Hungarian Mayor Laszlo Toroczkai [first in Europe to endorse President Trump] is a charismatic 45-year-old of a small town on the border with Serbia — a nation still outside the EU. His town was pitched into the center of the migrant Muslim refugee crisis in 2015, when thousands of immigrants started pouring across the unprotected border each day. The flood of people caused a crisis that erupted after the leader of Germany announced to the world that Europe would welcome the Islamic people who have been referred to as 'refugees.' This action prompted more than one million to head to Germany alone, while hundreds of thousands of others made for Britain, France and Italy.
Well, Mayor Laszlo and his team of bounty hunters put a stop to the migrants coming through his little town of 5000. They have caught hundreds trying to make it into Hungary, on the way to neighboring Austria and beyond, on the so-called Balkan smuggling route.
With locals in the small farming town of Asotthalom finding groups of migrants sleeping in their gardens and outbuildings and others watching aghast as thousands streamed through the center of their village on their way through Europe, the mayor decided enough was enough.
He has introduced a zero-tolerance policy against all migrants, saying that the very future of Europe is at stake because of people he calls Muslim ‘invaders’ and ‘future terrorists’ and has vowed to stop this movement of people.
They built a fence that was constructed by Hungarian prisoners and is topped by razor wire; fitted with sophisticated monitoring devices which sound an alarm if the fence is damaged.
According to human rights groups and migrants the police regularly mete out extreme violence to those trying to sneak into Hungary, beating them and setting dogs on them to try to deter them from making any further attempts. More here
