Kentucky Teenager, Jerome Kunkel Refuses Vaccination Over Content in Serum of Aborted Baby Cells - Judge Schrand rules he cannot go back to school
4-3-19, Kentucky Judge Schrand has ruled that a Catholic teenager, Jerome Kunkel, who has never received a vaccination for the chicken pox out of moral objection to its ties to abortion, is not allowed to go back to school. Kunkel sued, saying although he was given his homework and came into school to test on a Saturday, it’s interfering with his ability to learn. He also wasn’t able to play on his basketball team.
Kunkel argued that the school’s ban was ineffective since students could be exposed to chickenpox in other settings and banning him from school is just over his religious objections.
The Kunkel family did not vaccinate Jerome due to moral objections after finding out that aborted fetal [human baby parts] matter was in the chicken pox vaccine. As noted by KHN Morning Briefing, "The Varicella vaccine, specifically, is derived from the cell lines of two fetuses..." More here
