Saucier Used Cell Phone to Send Photos of His Workplace to Family - Jailed for 12 months - Yet, Mrs Clinton STILL walks freeKristian Saucier, the former U.S. Navy sailor who served a year behind bars for taking photos of classified areas in a nuclear submarine, has been pardoned, by President Trump who had denounced the government’s handling of Saucier’s case, calling it a political move and saying it contrasted with the velvet-gloved response to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s mismanagement of classified information through a private server. 2/3/18 -- Via a remote hookup he told Jesse Watters, [he's still under house arrest]: "I think it’s blatant proof of the double standard of justice in this country and how the FBI and the Dept of Justice were weaponized under Obama to go after conservatives like myself and Gen. Flynn while letting unpatriotic liberals like Hillary Clinton and her aides skate. It's very upsetting to me and should be upsetting for all American people that we are held to a different standard than crooked politicians.” See video here The next step is to have Saucier’s discharge upgraded to honorable and have his military benefits restored. He served as a machinist's mate aboard the USS Alexandria from 2007 to 2012, used his cellphone to photograph parts of the submarine's nuclear propulsion system while it was docked at the Naval Submarine Base in Groton, CT to show his family his workplace. He began his sentence in October 2016 at the Federal Medical Center at Fort Devens, MA; he was placed under house arrest in 2017. He was convicted of unauthorized retention of national defense information, which is a felony, and received an "other-than-honorable" discharge from the Navy and faced a possible 10 years in jail. More here *** Such a travesty of justice when Mrs Clinton still walks free: Former FBI Dir James Comey's original Clinton memo
1-4-18, The Hill -- Comey's original statement closing out the probe into Hillary Clinton's national security violations... Clinton was “grossly negligent” — the statutory term supporting felony mishandling of classified information — when she and her aides transmitted 110 emails containing classified information through her non-secure server ... but FBI subordinates edited the term to the lesser “extremely careless.” The full draft, with edits, leaves little doubt that Comey originally wrote on May 2, 2016, that there was evidence that Clinton and top aides may have violated both felony and misdemeanor statutes.
