Revelation 21:21 The twelve apostles and twelve tribes of Israel are represented in the gates and foundations. This should settle beyond any question the matter of the inclusion of Old Testament saints. Clearly believers of the present age, Israel and the saints of other ages, all make up the Church of Jesus Christ who are the TWO WITNESSES.
