3-10-20, FrontPage* -- Charles Martel of France in 732 AD has been lauded as a champion of Christianity as he turned back the horde of Islamic invaders in the Battle of Tours**  in the struggle against Islam. According to modern military historian, Victor Davis Hanson "most of the 18th and 19th century historians like [Edward] Gibbon saw Poitiers (Tours) as a landmark battle that marked the high tide of the Muslim advance into Europe."
 
In 1683 a massive army of the Ottoman Empire laid siege to the Christian city of Vienna***. After two months, an allied force that consisted of men from all over the Holy Roman Empire turned the Ottoman soldiers back, preventing the potential Islamization of the continent. 
 
In recent days, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, president of the new 'born again' Ottoman Empire’s successor state, Turkey, has unleashed thousands of Muslims, mostly young males of military age, upon the European Union in violation of an agreement with the EU that netted him billions. He has allowed – and encouraged – these people, who have been routinely described in the Western media as “refugees” and “migrants;” it’s called Hirjah – war by migration:

“Hijrah”  is one of Islam’s method of war. Flooding other nations with immigrants to infiltrate, takeover and destroy foreign nations. Islam is not a religion of peace as its first leader, Muhammad was foremost a revolutionary, a fiery religious guerrilla leader who created and led the original national insurgency. Many jihadists quote their book ‘Koran’ for their use of violence as justification for their insurgencies. Unlike conventional generals, Muhammad didn't seek the defeat of a foreign enemy or invader; rather, he sought to replace the existing social order with a new one based upon a radically different ideological worldview.  

Currently in 2020 seems like old times with the Muslim hordes invading foreign nations. However different this time; whereas seventh and seventeenth-century Europeans understood that they were confronting Islamic invaders. Knowing they were an existential threat to their way of life - however, in today’s world many of the liberal deluded leaders are accepting them at the detriment of their own citizens.

• Swedish Center Party has called on Europeans to “Open your hearts – and your borders.”  
• A Feminist Initiative in a show of goodwill apparently has decided to overlook the tendency of Muslim males to treat all women like sex dolls raping at will with little prosecution.
• German chancellor Angela Merkel has allowed tens of thousands Muslims into her nation who were said to be Syrian refugees. Ultimately the overwhelming fact was revealed that the majority of the “migrants” were not Syrian families fleeing war; but young males of military age - Islamic men from all over the Muslim world. Some European leaders oppose the acceptance of the Muslim men and have been chastised for it. Criticisms of Viktor Orban in Hungary & Matteo Salvini in Italy claim that their intent to block flood of migrants to protect their own citizens was reduced to cynical, self-serving and probably racist political moves.
 
Currently, 3-10-20 the Greek government, it’s doing its best to push back the Islamic barbarians at its gates having little choice as Greece is an economic “basket case” and has already been overrun with more Muslims than it can ever hope to handle as it’s become a “refugee warehouse” in which the citizens of some Greek islands are outnumbered by the needy and raucous Muslim newcomers. Nonetheless, Greece has been ravaged by many world leaders for trying to save itself:

• Amnesty International has accused Greece of violating EU and international law by putting an emergency one-month hold on accepting new asylum applications.
•  The UN High Commissioner said Greece is in breach of the 1951 Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees.
• Human Rights Watch (HRW), maintaining that there’s “no legal basis or justification” for Greece’s stance
• Edouard Rodier of the Norwegian Refugee Council has urged European countries to take in the Muslims.

Questions ... if the governments of Europe are obliged “to take responsibility for” these Muslim foreigners – most of whom are healthy-looking young Islamic males:

• what responsibility do those governments have to their own citizens?
• what rights do the taxpayers of Europe have? Do they deserve the “compassion” to which HRW refers?
• Why should the “dignity and humanity” of Muslims from other continents trump the “dignity and humanity” of native Europeans?
• At what point in this decades-long Islamic migrant tsunami be acceptable for the people of Europe to say “enough” without being called bigots?

The good news is that while Western European politicians, activists and commentators keep harping about love and acceptance of potential danger to their own nations; the leaders of Cyprus, Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia have affirmed their readiness to help Greece guard its borders from the foreign invaders. And one recent report indicates that the EU is also prepared to take action on behalf of Greece.

If this is true, it’ll mark a turning point that people from pretty much the same places whose inhabitants defended Tours** in 632 AD and Vienna*** in 1683 are standing with Greece in the year 2020.
