8-26-21, In our current world the Lord Jesus still sanctifies people. After a person is born again repenting of their sin and trusting Jesus as their Lord and Savior He sanctifies them. Those individuals are set apart as a child of God, with a sacred purpose. Therefore, believers in Christ are not here just to chase after personal gain, but to serve the Lord bringing Him honor and glory. Believers are referred to as "saints."
