 The Wicked May Prosper - But Not For Long" Psalm 37:1, 18-20 9-29-18, We may look around and see the wicked prospering and wonder why. Those who go against God's standards and commands may mock and ridicule you (Psalm 37:12). They may have many material possessions and look down on you (Psalm 37:16). However, in the end they'll meet their fate; the Lord laughs at their wickedness. "The Lord shall laugh at him: for He seeth that his day is coming." Psalm 37:13 We must trust and commit our way to the Lord Jesus; He doesn't want us to focus on the worldly riches and actions of the wicked. We need to lean and rely on Him as He makes us as a Light shining forth. (Ps 37:16) Our future and hope is in the Lord; and in the end, He will vindicate us. If you are having a hard time right now, give it over to the Lord. Continually come to Him and delight yourself in Him. Don't let anger get a hold on you. Trust in God - He won't let you down.
