 Five Democrats Up for Re-Election Voted For and Approve Late-Term Abortions 11-2-18, Neither Congress nor state legislatures can vote to ban all abortions under Roe v. Wade, but it’s important for US mid term voters on Tuesday, 11-6-18 to remember just how extreme [and ghoulish] some of these elected Democrat representatives are. In January 2018, the U.S. Senate had the opportunity to enact moderate restrictions on the murder of the unborn human babies known as 'abortion.' The Pain-Capable Unborn Child [here] Protection Act would have prohibited late-term abortions after 20 weeks when strong scientific evidence indicates unborn babies can feel pain. The bill had strong public support, and it would have made American abortion laws similar to those nations in Europe BANNING LATE TERM ABORTION. The U.S. is one of only seven nations that lawfully permits elective abortions after 20 weeks. The U.S. House passed the bill, but when it moved to the U.S. Senate, it failed.
