1. Breathing exercises - breathing slowly and steadily can stimulate the body's parasympathetic response, which is also often referred to as the relaxation response. 2. Praying - meditation has been studied and published in JAMA Internal Medicine concluding that time alone [Ed.- with God] in thought and contemplation eases psychological issues and pain. 3. Hi Annette. This is so weird! I'm still having computer problems and not able to open e-mails. I sent you an e-mail earlier but don't know if you got it. Then I tried to send another, thinking you got the first one. It told me I couldn't send an e-mail until the first one was sent. Crazy! I don't know what's wrong. Maybe a virus. I need to go to bed now. Ben has a Dr. appt. at 10:30 tomorrow morning. We need to leave by 9:30. Just want you to know if you don't hear from me. Bless you, sweet sister. Love you. c Comments are closed.
