Ballot Harvesting As a Source of Voting Fraud?

​8-7-20, * -- COVID-19 has wreaked havoc on senior citizen nursing homes across the USA with death and voter “Granny farming” - one form of “ballot harvesting.” This is a process where a third party is allowed to deliver or submit a voter's ballot on behalf of another. It also allows political operatives to collect voters’ ballots and turn them in en masse to polling stations. The legalization of nationwide ballot harvesting is one battle under a larger umbrella of overall mail-in balloting and potential for voter fraud.
 
A recent study shows that in the USA 24 million voter registrations are no longer valid yet remain on the voter rolls.  There are 462 counties in America where voter registrations outnumber the amount of people who actually live in that county. Many of those jurisdictions are in key battleground states. Conservatives argue that mailing ballots to every single American on the rolls is inviting rampant fraud. [..]
 
Just before the 2018 mid-term election, California Gov. Jerry Brown signed into law AB1921, which legalized “ballot harvesting.” This resulting in California becoming a pioneer in proving there had to be a problem with this practice, considering that Orange County had voted Republican for centuries; but this time, the outcome had largely unknown candidates win; almost every Republican candidate lost. As Neal Kelley, the registrar for voters in So CA’s Orange County reported: “Every House seat went to a Democrat after an unprecedented “250,000” vote-by-mail drop-offs were counted.  People were carrying in stacks of 100 and 200 of them. We had had multiple people calling to ask if these people were allowed to do this.”

In March 2020 during the coronavirus pandemic, House Speaker Dem from California Nancy Pelosi was pushing funding for all states to allow for national mail-in balloting for the presidential election in Nov 2020, including third party ballot harvesting. House bill 6379, states “shall permit a voter to designate any person to return a voted and sealed absentee ballot to the post office” and “may not put any limit on how many voted and sealed absentee ballots any designated person can return to the post office.”  The language was stripped as ‘deal breaker’ for Republicans. It’s a given that fraud will mostly likely take place in states and major cities run and controlled by Democrats whose hysterical desire to take back the presidency and even the Senate will do even voter fraud to remove Pres Trump. The Heritage Foundation reports: “The full scope of fraud in U.S. elections is unknown, and many states do not have in place the policies and procedures to detect and deter voter fraud. If Americans cannot say with certainty that their votes will be counted, that the process is free of fraud, and the outcome is valid, what incentive do they have to turn out in the first place? With elections, the process matters at least as much as the outcome, and Americans deserve a process they can trust.”

8-4-20, Kiplinger.com -- Most American voters must submit application by Nov. 2, 2020. Ohio: Voters must submit application no later than 3 days prior to election. Check your state's board of elections site for further details. In 34 states, plus the District of Columbia, any qualified voter can request an absentee ballot without needing an excuse. For the rest of the country, a valid reason is needed to be approved for absentee voting. This year 2020 however, Americans may not need to request an absentee ballot. Some states, such as Maryland, sent absentee ballots to all registered voters.
